User Group Management

User groups in Venddor allow you to organize users into specific categories for permission management, pricing rules, and content access control.

Note: User groups are a powerful way to segment your customer base and provide different experiences based on membership.

Group Types

Venddor supports different types of user groups:

Administrator Groups

Users in administrator groups have elevated permissions and can manage platform settings, orders, and other administrative functions.

Customer Groups

Standard user groups for classifying customers. These can be used for creating loyalty tiers, special access groups, or organizational divisions.

Vendor Groups

Groups for organizing sellers on the platform with specific permissions and capabilities.
